Estimating & Subcontracting
A fundamental part of our success is based upon our extensive database of qualified subcontracts. This is key to our ability to deliver quality workmanship, on-time, and on-budget. Our prequalification process for new subcontractors includes a review of their staff finances and previous work experience. We believe that the quality of our work is directly related to the quality of the trade subcontractors involved and we demand superior performance.

Site Handover for Work

Commencement of Actual Work on Site
(As per the innovations and ideas, project management team start the actual work on site according to drawing) -
Site Visit by Client / Inspection
(Our dedicated project co-ordination team ensure that schedules are strictly adhered, so that client visit is worth of time) -
Final Scope of Work
